Mark practises in the area of corporate and securities law with an emphasis on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
He has experience representing companies and investment dealers in public and private corporate finance transactions, including private placements, acquisition financings and initial public offerings, as well as in connection with takeover bids and other merger and acquisition transactions. Mark has experience acting on behalf of clients in a variety of industries including the mining and life sciences sectors. He also advises public companies and their boards of directors on corporate governance and securities law compliance.
