Mr. Carlidge, chair of the Firm's Trusts and Estates Practice Group, focuses his practice on estate planning and administration, the creation and continuing representation of tax-exempt organizations and general tax-related issues. Among his services, he represents individuals and tax-exempt organizations in matters with the Internal Revenue Service and the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. He also has created and provides counsel to boards of a large number of public charities and private foundations.
