First, Mrs. Kennedy has zero professionalism. During meetings she will pick at her teeth because she always ate something during a meeting. She would then continue to talk with her fingers in her mouth.{para}Second, at trial she would stutter and say "umm," "like," and "whatever" almost every other word. {para}Third, despite the amount of "preparation" on my HUGE bill, she could not remember names, dates, or any relevant fact. She would then blame this on her inexperienced associates.
Law firm response:
I am sorry to hear you feel as if your case should have been handled differently. As a family law attorney, I strive to be efficient, professional, and to make this time in any client's life less stressful. I would like to discuss your concerns with you personally. If you would be open to discussing your concerns with me, I encourage you to call me or email me directly. I truly do appreciate your feedback and will continue to strive to improve.

Where do I start? Lousy customer service, phone calls and emails not answered. No return calls. Used interns on an account that was too complicated for them. Was brought up on sanctions at least 3 times and claimed we had a victory when we weren't sanctioned. Never delivered a list of wife's provided assets after 3 years. I was completely dissatisfied and had to retain new council. I cannot recommend this firm for anything. Complete un professional behavior.
