Marsha L. Collett

Ms. Collett is a member of the Business Organizations & Tax Department and serves on the Firm’s Board of Directors. Ms. Collett focuses her practice on environmental and real estate law. With over 29 years of experience in counseling business clients, Ms. Collett specializes in a variety of real estate related matters including, but not limited to, real estate development, financing, transfers, environmental compliance, land use, zoning, storm and sanitary sewer issues, and annexation. In addition to practicing law, Ms. Collett is also a Licensed Title Insurance Agent by the Ohio Department of Insurance.

Ms. Collett is a member of various professional bar associations and has been a featured speaker to attorneys and professionals on real estate and environmental law topics.
