Marshall's practice includes all aspects of financial restructuring. He has had significant involvement in a number of debtor representations in complex Chapter 11 cases. In addition, Marshall has represented other constituencies such as creditors, prospective acquirers and committees in Chapter 11 cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Marshall was an associate in the business, finance and restructuring department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.

· Represented U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corporation in connection with section 363 sale of New Markets Tax Credit portfolio in the Capmark Financial Group, Inc., chapter 11 case.
· Represented certain Credit Suisse Asset Management funds as first and second lien lenders in November 2005 Land Investors, LLC, chapter 11 case.
· Represented Sunbeam Corporation, Enron Corporation and Headway Corporate Resources, Inc., in their chapter 11 cases.
