Marshall Brozost's practice deals with all aspects of commercial real estate, including purchases and sales, formation of joint ventures, real estate fund formation, mortgage and mezzanine financing, workouts and leasing. His clients include a wide variety of real estate private equity funds, investment advisors, domestic and foreign institutional investors, lenders and developers. Mr. Brozost's practice has also included many CMBS, private equity and merger and acquisition transactions.
