Martí & Associats was constituted in 1986 as a firm of associated lawyers which includes economists in its team, since its object is to provide accurate and profitable professional services to its clients in legal and tax matters.

The firm, together with Madrid based lawyers founded in 2001 an office in Madrid. The firm is the Spanish member of the International Association of Commercial lawyers (ACL). The firm is member of the International Alliance of Law Firms (IALF) and also a member of several foreign Chambers of Commerce located in Spain. The partners of the firm are members of the International Bar Association, International Association of Lawyers and Union des Avocats Européens.

The Firm has a department, which is specialized in the legal, economic and commercial relations between Spain and Australia, headed by an Australian lawyer living in Barcelona. The Firm is a member of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Australia, and the Head Office of the Barcelona branch of the Australia Spain Business Association (ASBA) is located in its offices.
