Successfully defended pharmaceutical company against claims of fraud and violations of federal statutes related to its marketing practices. Obtained multi-million dollar settlement on behalf of minority owner of power plant facility in complex corporate dispute concerning ownership and control of partnership. Obtained multi-million dollar settlement on behalf of individuals alleging fraud and violations of securities laws.
