Martin Family Law Firm provides counsel and legal assistance to those who have a legal problem relating to their family. Whether the problem centers on marital dissolution (including property, support and parenting issues) or is related to difficulties faced by the aging and their families (including conservatorships, placement, visitation and trust administration), our law firm is here to help.
We provide mediation and collaborative practice, as well as representation in select litigated matters. We can also provide private judging in family law cases.
Confidentiality concerns prohibit us from naming individual clients. Our clients include professional fiduciaries who assist families with problems with an aging member, as well as the family members who are affected every day by the elderly.
