About this office:

In 1979, George Martin opened his own firm with one clear goal: to defend and protect injured workers. Today, Martin Law is one of the few firms in Pennsylvania that restricts its practice to workers' compensation, and we are one of the largest firms in the state that only represents injured workers.

Our trial lawyers have litigated the full spectrum of compensation cases, protecting our clients' rights in claims, hearings and appeals. We handle every type of work injury claim, and represent workers in a wide range of occupations.

Our firm is committed to meeting the needs of injured workers by offering the most comprehensive legal representation and service available. Each litigating attorney has a full staff support team to provide quality service that protects both the claimant and their family. Working with state-of-the-art technology, our attorneys and staff members can immediately address our clients' questions and concerns.

Martin Law employs a results-oriented approach to workers' compensation litigation. The collective knowledge and experience of our 16 attorneys, 12 workers comp and 4 SSD, enables us to successfully compete with large employers and insurance defense firms to preserve the rights and benefits our clients are entitled to under the law.
