| Biography | A graduate, with distinction, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and a member of the McGeorge Law Review, Mr. Jensen has been practicing law since 2004. He became a shareholder at Porter Scott in 2011 and has focused his practice on business and real estate litigation along with business transactions and business counseling. Throughout his career, Martin has represented a variety of private and public entity clients in a broad range of litigation matters in both state and federal courts; particularly in the areas of business disputes including claims for breach of fiduciary duty, excessive compensation, involuntary dissolution, trade secret misappropriation and unfair business practices.
