Martin Krezalek represents domestic and international financial institutions in complex commercial litigation disputes before federal and state trial and appellate courts. Martin has significant experience with structured finance litigation, securities litigation, complex contractual disputes, bankruptcy litigation and business tort litigation.
Martin received a B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and earned his J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School, where he was an Executive Case Comments Editor of the New York Law School Law Review. He is admitted to practice before the Courts of the States of New York and New Jersey, the U.S. Supreme Court, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey.
