Martin Krezalek concentrates his practice in complex commercial and corporate litigation matters, with a particular focus on disputes involving complex financial products and derivatives, substantial contractual disputes, securities litigation, and bankruptcy-related litigation.
While in law school, Mr. Krezalek published How to Minimize the Risk of Violating Due Process Rights While Preserving the BIA's Ability to Affirm Without Opinion, 21 GEO.IMMIGR. L.J. 277 (2007). He also was the Executive Case Comments Editor for the New York Law School Law Review.
