Martine Bélanger is an associate in our Labour & Employment Group in Montréal.
Ms. Bélanger acts for private and public sector employers, including companies and organizations in the manufacturing, education, banking, finance and service sectors. She offers legal counsel on a variety of matters including the interpretation of collective agreements, accreditation processes, the transfer of rights and obligations between employers, business closures, occupational health and safety issues, psychological harassment, disciplinary measures, employment contracts, the rights and obligations that arise from employment contracts, employment standards, terminations of employment, etc.
Ms. Bélanger received her bachelor's degree in civil law (BCL) from the Université du Québec à Montréal. She was called to the Québec bar in 2006 and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and of the Young Bar Association of Montréal.
