Mary is an Associate in the firm and is based in Boston, where she practices in the Immigration Section.
Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Mary was an associate at a law firm in Cambridge, where she focused her practice on helping clients secure temporary work visas and permanent resident status, and prepare family-based petitions and naturalization applications. Her clients included professionals, managers, and executives from start-ups to multinational corporations as well as those that qualify for the extraordinary ability (O-1 and EB-1A), outstanding researcher (EB-1B), and NIW visa categories.
Mary is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. She was co-chair of the Boston Bar Association Immigration Committee in 2009-2010. Mary received her J.D., with distinction, from Suffolk University Law School, where she won the Distinguished Oral Advocate award. She received her B.A. in Political Science from Colgate University.
