Since joining Young Conaway after her graduation from Temple Law School in 2005, Mary has developed a varied litigation practice representing both plaintiffs and defendants in matters before Delaware's Superior Court and Court of Chancery, in the U.S District Court of Delaware, and in Bankruptcy Court. Mary has extensive experience coordinating complex discovery, as well as briefing and arguing motions in the trial courts, and has also briefed appeals before the Delaware Supreme Court and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. While Mary's practice is concentrated on commercial matters, Mary has served as litigation counsel to a number of individual defendants and non-profit and religious institutions, including most recently the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington.

Prior Employment
Before entering law school, Mary worked in the Delaware non-profit and government sectors. She worked for several years as the Director of Youth Programming at the Latin American Community Center in Wilmington, Delaware, where she continues to be involved as a member of the Board of Directors. Mary also worked as a Legislative Aide in the Delaware State Senate, and served as a volunteer campaign manager for one of Delaware's state senators. Mary has continued her volunteer involvement in Delaware politics.
