Mary Stuart is the managing partner of Husch Blackwell's Denver office. Her practice encompasses all aspects of labor and employment, ERISA and employee benefits litigation. She has obtained defense judgments for employers in multiple jury and bench trials and arbitrations, represented employers in dozens of labor arbitrations and represented corporate directors in ERISA class actions. Mary regularly advises employers on employment decisions, wage and hour matters, and statutory compliance and is a frequent lecturer and trainer on management-related matters.
