Mary-Jo Pullen is a Partner in the Product Liability Practice Group. Mary-Jo's practice focuses on the defense of mass tort and product litigation with an emphasis on medical products, food products, consumer products, and chemicals. She primarily represents businesses in claims of a complex nature. She has extensive experience serving in regional and national coordinating roles involving food flavorings, smoking and health and medical products. Mary-Jo's experience with complex litigation in state and federal courts includes management, discovery, resolution and/or trial of Multi-District Litigation, individual lawsuits, multi-party lawsuits and claims of mass torts. She is active in the development of defense themes involving medical/scientific strategies and corporate conduct. Her jury trial experience includes representation of a cigarette manufacturer in a medical monitoring class action which went to verdict and an international manufacturer of flavors and fragrances in multiple trials.
