Ms. Dougherty is a tax attorney dealing primarily with estate planning, trusts and probate, as well as closely held businesses in both Texas and Louisiana. In addition, she works on formation and compliance for charitable organizations and private foundations. She is a Board Certified Tax Attorney and a Board Certified Estate Planning and Administration Specialist, both in the State of Louisiana, as well as a certified public account, licensed in Louisiana.
Her work involves preparation of wills and trusts for all levels of wealth and lifestyle, as well as creative estate planning for high end individuals. She has significant experience handling successions and estates, including IRS disputes and tax court cases.
