Mary M. Culley focuses her practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and related tax matters for Delaware and Pennsylvania clients.
A significant portion of Mrs. Culley's practice is planning for individuals with disabilities, guardianship proceedings, and elder law. Outside of the office, she lectures often to professional and community groups on estate planning and probate, planning for families with special needs children, charitable giving, Medicaid planning and planning for the elderly.
