MaryAnn T. Mindrum is an associate in Barnes & Thornburg's Indianapolis office, and is a member of the firm's Litigation Department. Ms. Mindrum focuses her practice on white collar crime, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and antitrust issues.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Ms. Mindrum was an associate at the firm of Simpson Thatcher & Bartlett, LLP in New York City. She also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Joseph F. Bianco, E.D.N.Y., and held a legal internship in the Terrorism/Organized Crime Unit at the United States Attorney's Office, Southern District of New York.
Ms. Mindrum earned her B.S., with honors and distinction, from Cornell University in 2004. In 2007, she received her J.D. from Harvard Law School. At Harvard, Ms. Mindrum was the recipient of the Dean's Award for Community Leadership and a participant in the Ames Moot Court Competition. In addition, she served on the executive board of student advisors; was a line editor for the Negotiation Law Review and Journal on Legislation; was sports chair of the Committee on Entertainment and Sports Law; and community service chair of the Catholic Law Students Association.
Ms. Mindrum is admitted to practice in the states of Indiana and New York, and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
