Maryanne is an associate in the firm's Immigration Section, practicing in the Boston office.
Her practice focuses on U.S. federal immigration law, with a concentration on business-based immigration issues. She has experience representing and counseling private clients, business professionals, and entrepreneurs on the development of and strategy for the U.S. employment of foreign nationals, executives, managers, and other workers. Maryanne also specializes in immigration-compliance issues, business reorganizations and its immigration consequences, and immigration-related due diligence.
She is a member of the Boston Bar Association, and served as co-chair of its Immigration Law Committee from 2003-2005, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Maryanne is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, and before the United States District Court of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She received her A.B., cum laude, from Wellesley College (1991) and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School (2002).
