| Biography | He is part of the Corporations and Estate Planning area. He represented the Chilean Government before the Corporate Governance Committee of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), and also a member of the OECD's Task Force for the review of Pemex's Corporate Governance (a State-owned Enterprise). He was a Tenure Professor and headed a workshop of Jurisprudence and Legal Analysis at Universidad Diego Portales's Law School. He is with CorreaGubbins since 2010. Between 2008 and 2010 he was Senior Legal Advisor to the Minister of Finance. Between 206 and 2007 he was Chief of Staff to the Chilean Securities and Insurance Authority.
