Matt Molloy is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Matt's practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution (both U.S. and foreign), patent opinion work (freedom to practice, invalidity, state-of the-art, and patentability), patent infringement litigation, patent licensing, and client counseling in intellectual property matters.
His patent prosecution experience is concentrated in the chemical (organic and inorganic chemistry), biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical, and mechanical areas, with additional experience in business method areas.
