| Biography | Matthew Tenney is a member of the business and finance law practice group with an emphasis on business organization and structuring, aircraft acquisition and financing, mergers and acquisitions and securities law. Mr. Tenney received his J.D. from Brigham Young University, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, and was Managing Editor of the BYU Law Review. Prior to law school, he earned a B.A. degree in Music from Brigham Young University, cum laude, and both his M.A. degree in Arts Administration and MBA degree from the University of Cincinnati. He serves on the board of the Hale Centre Theatre and the Sandy Arts Guild, and was previously the Development Manager for the Tony Award-winning Utah Shakespearean Festival.
