Matthew C. Wickersham is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the firm's Litigation Department and practices in its Environmental Litigation and Mass Tort Practice Group.
Mr. Wickersham's practice focuses on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on environmental litigation and regulatory practice. He has represented clients in a wide variety of federal and state environmental litigation, including toxic tort litigation, cost recovery cases, citizen lawsuits, and enforcement actions. He has experience handling complex discovery and motion practice, trial preparation, and post-trial matters.
Mr. Wickersham joined the firm following a clerkship with the Honorable Ronald M. Gould of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He earned a Juris Doctorate in 2005 from the University of Southern California School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor of the Southern California Law Review and received the Law Alumni Award.
