| Biography | Matthew Appleby is an associate in our Business Law Group in Toronto. He has a general corporate practice which includes corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and securities. Mr. Appleby received his BA (Hons.) in Psychology and Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2000, and his JD from Michigan State University College of Law in 2004. Mr. Appleby was called to the New York State bar in 2005 and the Ontario bar in 2007. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
