Matt's primary real estate practice area is residential and commercial foreclosure. Matt handles approximately 800-1000 residential foreclosures per year, as well as a number of complex commercial foreclosures.
His real estate practice also includes landlord/tenant disputes, condemnation litigation and other general real estate litigation.
Matt's commercial law practice includes debtor/creditor cases, general commercial law and commercial litigation.
