Biography

Matthew F. Didora is a senior associate at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., where he is a member of the firm's Litigation Department, the largest practice group on Long Island devoted exclusively to commercial litigation.

Mr. Didora received his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law in 2004 and undergraduate degree from Fordham University in 2001. While in Law School, Mr. Didora served as Managing Editor of St. John's Law Review and Editor of the New York Real Property Law Journal. Mr. Didora joined Ruskin Moscou Faltischek in 2007 after spending the first two years of his career at a litigation boutique in Garden City, NY.

Mr. Didora has successfully represented clients in all phases of complex commercial litigation, including at trial and on appeal. Mr. Didora has handled numerous litigation matters including Article 78 proceedings, antitrust, breach of contract, public and private construction, land use and planning and trademark infringement and RICO actions. Mr. Didora successfully represented clients in a wide range of business divorce cases, including partnership breakups and corporate dissolutions.

Mr. Didora has also lectured on various topics involving litigating in New York State court and has co-authored a series of articles on corporate dissolution proceedings that have appeared in the New York Law Journal.

Mr. Didora is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Didora was selected as a board member of the Long Island Alzheimer's Association in 2011 and is also an active member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, Chaminade Alumni Long Island Businessmen's Association and the Catholic Lawyers Guild.
