| Biography | Matthew Kye is a founding partner of Long Island's successful commercial litigation law firm Magnozzi & Kye, LLP. Mr. Kye has been practicing law at both state and federal levels for over one decade. He began his education at SUNY Albany, earning a Bachelor's degree in history. Later, he returned to his home town of Brooklyn to attend law school. He attained his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1996. Mr. Kye's professional experience includes membership to professional associations relevant to his practice, including the American Bankruptcy Institute, an organization devoted entirely to insolvency research and education. Mr. Kye also belongs to the Commercial Law League of America, an elite band of bankruptcy and commercial litigation lawyers.
