MATTHEW G. TOM is an Associate at Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC and a member of the Construction Group.
His work focuses on construction litigation and matters ranging from mechanics' lien claims to bond claims.
While in law school, Matthew served as a member of the Temple Law Review. As a legal extern for the Pennsylvania Governor's Office of General Counsel, he dealt with eminent domain matters. He has also mediated cases as a court-certified mediator in the Philadelphia Landlord-Tenant and Small Claims Mediation programs. In 2013, he received the First Place Award in the Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Legal Writing Competition hosted by the Philadelphia Bar Association.
Matthew is conversationally fluent in Mandarin Chinese and has authored articles and reviews in That's Shanghai's monthly magazine.
