Biography

Matt Nelson is a member of the Labor and Employment Department. Matt maintains a diverse employment litigation practice, and represents a wide variety of employers in both state and federal courts. Matt has successfully defended employers in wrongful discharge actions, discrimination actions, and wage/hour actions. He regularly counsels employers on FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and other state and federal labor and employment laws. Matt also advises corporations on labor related matters, including unfair labor practice and collective bargaining issues.
