Matthew J. Kremer is senior counsel in Foley's Mechanical & Electromechanical Technologies Practice.
Before joining Foley, Mr. Kremer worked as a patent examiner for the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He also performed broad based research as a senior engineer at Physical Sciences, Incorporated.
Mr. Kremer earned his law degree in 2005 from George Mason University School of Law (J.D., magna cum laude), where he was an associate editor of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and a student member of the American Bar Association. He earned his Master of Science degree in 1999 and his Bachelor of Science degree (with honors) in 1994 in mechanical engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
Mr. Kremer is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, as well as Virginia, and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
