| Biography | Professional Experience Mr. Cooper is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation department. He has significant experience representing clients in a wide array of complex business litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Mr. Cooper has played an integral role in a variety of commercial litigation matters including construction and design defects, products liability, insurance coverage, unfair business practices, contract disputes and class actions. He has also successfully assisted with the protection of clients' intellectual property rights involving various technologies and products in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare and clothing industries. Mr. Cooper enjoys working closely with clients to develop and implement long-term case strategy. Prior to returning home to his native New England, Mr. Cooper commenced his legal career in Southern California with Latham & Watkins LLP.
