Matt is a member of Sutherland's Corporate Practice Group and works on a broad range of transactions and issues involving U.S. and foreign companies. Matt's corporate transactional practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and general corporate matters. Matt also counsels clients on matters of international trade, including economic regulation and trade policy and import and export controls.Prior to law school, Matt worked as a conflicts specialist for two Washington, D.C., law firms.
