Matthew R. Schroll is a member of the firm's Product Liability and Mass Torts practice group. He represents manufacturers in a variety of matters involving products liability and mass tort litigation of multiple parties and multiple claims such as those arising from occupational exposures and other allegedly hazardous substances in multiple jurisdictions throughout the country. Matt also regularly represents policyholders in insurance coverage litigation and/or insurance-related disputes arising from a variety of insurance policies.
While a student at the University of Maryland School of Law, Matt was a member of the Maryland Law Review and received the Best Petition Award in 2007. Matt served as an intern for The Honorable Clayton Greene, Jr., of the Maryland Court of Appeals, as well as an intern with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
