Matt Arend is a member of the Litigation Department in the Business and Fiduciary Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on litigation at the trial court and appellate levels, with an emphasis on contract disputes; trade secret and non-compete agreements; the defense of health care providers and manufacturers; and general health care law. Matt also has significant experience in health care fraud, medical negligence, health care contracting, and class action matters.
