Professional Experience
Mr. Urbach is an experienced attorney whose practice focuses on a wide range of complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on real estate and environmental matters. Mr. Urbach's experience includes litigation concerning purchase and development agreements, unlawful detainer, eminent domain, construction defects, landlord/tenant issues, and environmental contamination.
Mr. Urbach has represented clients through all phases of commercial litigation, including pre-litigation counseling, pleadings, law and motion, discovery, settlement negotiation, court and jury trials, and alternative dispute resolution. His experience also includes appeals before the California Court of Appeal, the California Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Urbach has performed these services for both private and publicly held companies, including those in the petroleum and transportation industries, real estate developers, shopping center owners, retailers, architects and engineers, as well as several public entities.

Admitted to practice in the state of California, the United States District Court for the Central and Eastern Districts of California and the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
Member of the Los Angeles County Superior Court's Temporary Judges panel.
