When not negotiating commercial real estate transactions, Matt and his wife are busy "negotiating" the upbringing of their three sons. One of his favorite activities is a round of golf with all three boys.
Matt is also an avid reader of biographies - from Civil Rights leaders to the Rolling Stones, Matt enjoys the stories of peoples' lives.
