In addition to intellectual property disputes, Ms. Sheehy's litigation practice has spanned accounting fraud, white-collar investigations, trade secret, trust disputes, and antitrust and unfair competition claims. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sheehy was a partner at a California-based litigation boutique, where she represented both small and large business concerns in complex commercial and intellectual property litigation in state and federal courts.
