Professional Experience
Ms. Pavely practices in the areas of commercial and employment litigation with experience in restrictive covenants, trade secrets, unfair competition, breach of duty of loyalty, shareholder and partnership disputes and dissolutions, and business fraud. She also has experience in drafting and counseling employers, employees, and others in the trade secret and restrictive covenant context. Ms. Pavely has successfully litigated a number of such cases in state court on behalf of employers and employees seeking injunctive and monetary relief in a wide variety of contexts. As a former member of the corporate department, Ms. Pavely has experience with creditors' rights and bankruptcy matters and numerous general corporate issues.
Ms. Pavely served as law clerk to The Honorable Herman D. Michaels, presiding judge, Appellate Division, Superior Court of New Jersey, 1991-1992.
