Maurice Headley is an associate in the Health Law Practice Group. Maurice counsels a variety of health care clients on regulatory compliance issues and transactional matters, including contracting and general business counseling. Maurice also has experience in the areas of commercial finance and corporate practice, including mergers and acquisitions and entity formation. While in law school, Maurice was a Public Interest Law Initiative Fellow at the Legal Assistance Foundation in Chicago, IL. Additionally, he served as an intern at the Connecticut Fair Housing Center and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Christine Keller. Prior to joining Shipman & Goodwin, Maurice was a law clerk with the Office of Legal Research for the Superior Court of Connecticut.
