McDonald Carano Wilson's Real Estate & Land Use Planning practice group represents clients in all phases of commercial real estate transactions including the purchase and sale of developed and undeveloped property; industrial, office and retail leasing; lenders and borrowers in secured financing transactions; developers of real estate projects, including shopping centers, residential subdivisions, condominiums and planned unit developments and hotels and casinos.

As a state-wide firm of experienced professionals, we are able to provide clients with the highest possible levels of service. Our clients have direct access to the firm's partners on a day-to-day basis and our partners maintain active involvement in the management and supervision of each client's case.

In connection with land use entitlements, we handle zoning, use permits, subdivision mapping, water rights, development agreements and reciprocal easement agreements.
