Our Government Affairs Group works with our clients to find strategic solutions to their problems and their special interests. In addition to handling matters of licensing and regulatory compliance, the McDonald Carano Wilson Government Affairs Division works on a state-wide basis to identify and form coalitions of like-minded individuals and businesses in order to maximize their ability to inform and influence decision-makers. Through our affiliate, Sierra Corporate Services, we serve as one of Nevada's largest and most professional resident agent services. In addition to accepting service of process and forwarding annual entity filings required by the State, Sierra Corporate Services provides valuable assistance to its corporate and limited liability company clients including, as necessary, preparation of standard minutes for meetings, the maintenance of company minute books and statutory records, and watching out for our clients' best interests in matters affecting Nevada business entities.
