About this office:
McDougall Gauley was established January 1, 2001 by the merger of two of the most prominent law firms in the Province. McDougall Ready was the successor name to a practice originally established in Regina by Norman MacKenzie, K.C. in 1891, and Gauley & Co. was the successor to a firm established in Saskatoon in 1945.
Each predecessor firm had a rich history and an outstanding reputation for providing quality legal services to a wide range of clients. The merger combined complementary practices in areas such as banking, insolvency and restructuring, corporate commercial, labour and employment and complex litigation. In addition, it provided a platform for the accelerated growth of the firm's national and international practice.
For over a century we have served the legal needs of our clients who include local, national and multinational corporations, domestic and international financial institutions, insurance companies, as well as individuals in business, government, law and finance. We have the combined strength of our predecessor firms, and, with more than 60 legal professionals in three cities, we are well positioned with experienced counsel and the skills and resources to provide the widest range of legal services to our clients.
