Greg concentrates his practice in the area of banking and finance law. Specifically, he counsels clients in transactions involving state and federal historic rehabilitation tax credits and state and federal New Markets Tax Credits. From 2009-2012, Greg was a member of the firm's Tax practice group, handling corporate tax planning related to reorganizations, purchases, sales and financings. Before joining the firm, he worked as an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
