McKenney & Bausha, P.C., began as a predecessor law firm established by Robert V. McKenney Esq. in 1988. Attorney McKenney was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar Association in 1982, after receiving his undergraduate degree from Thomas More College in 1979 and his Juris Doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1982. Attorney McKenney is a member of the American Bar Association and the Business Litigation and Corporate, Banking and Business Law Sections of the New Hampshire Bar Association. Attorney McKenney has acted as in-house counsel to several large corporations and was chief operating officer of a $30,000,000.00, 225 employee manufacturing company. He has also counseled and provided management and legal services to many small and mid-sized entities and formed hundreds of corporations and limited liability companies. He is uniquely qualified to assist in the formation of your new company or, assist in the management of your existing company and provide general and business specific legal advice. Attorney McKenney has been a civil litigator for over 27 years and has handled countless matters for businesses, financial institutions, families and individuals. In addition to his general civil litigation practice, Attorney McKenney represents individuals in family business law matters and the preparation of Wills and Trusts, as well as probate of estates. Management of legal services and legal concierge services have recently become a more significant component of Attorney McKenney's practice.

Catherine P. Bausha, Esq. was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar Association in 1987. She received her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in 1997 and her undergraduate degree from McGill University in 1993. Attorney Bausha is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Hampshire Association for Justice, as well as the Family Law and the Estate Planning and Probate Law Sections of New Hampshire Bar Association. Attorney Bausha concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of family law and general civil litigation. Attorney Bausha understands the impact of divorce on the family and the financial and emotional toll the dissolution of a marriage can have on the parties and their children. Though sensitive to those concerns, she acts aggressively and strategically on behalf of the client to effectuate the best possible outcome. She is keenly aware that the strategy must include not only what is of immediate concern to the client, but also must encompass a long term plan for the client and the family. In addition to her marital practice, Attorney Bausha has litigated multiple civil commercial trials, represented clients in various real estate transactions, and provides Trust and Estate services for the benefit of her clients.
