Attorney McKenney was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar Association in 1982, after receiving his undergraduate degree from Thomas More College in 1979 and his Juris Doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1982. Attorney McKenney is a member of the American Bar Association, the Family Law Section and the Business Litigation and Corporate, Banking and Business Law Sections of the New Hampshire Bar Association and the New Hampshire Association for Justice (Trial Lawyer's Association). Attorney McKenney has been a civil litigator for over 29 years and has handled countless matters for businesses, families and individuals.

In all practice areas we act aggressively and strategically on behalf of our clients to effectuate the best possible outcome. We understand the impact of divorce on the family and the financial and emotional toll the dissolution of a marriage can have on the parties, their children, and the family business. Attorney McKenney has counseled and provided management and legal services to many small and mid-sized entities and formed hundreds of corporations and limited liability companies.
