Located in the State Capitol, our Concord office has a strong regulatory and governmental relations practice. We handle all government regulations work and provide representation before federal, state and local governments. Particularly, the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, Department of Transportation, Division of Public Health, The Public Utilities Commission, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the United States Army Corps of Engineers and the Federal Energy Regulatory.
Our government relations group represents clients interest in lobbying, rule making, and informal proceedings before all government agencies. We have extensive experience in a broad variety of legal and regulatory issues: energy, environmental law, public utilities, health care, insurance, employment, economic development and trade, taxation, lobbying services, transportation, and land use.
Lastly, with the Lakes Region closeby - our Estate Planning department is well-known and has the experience to implement a plan that works best for you and one that minimizes administrative costs and taxes.
