About this office: A construction law firm established to serve the construction and surety industry in Florida and throughout the Southeast. We represent clients in a variety of litigation cases and business transactions, with a special emphasis on serving our clients in the heavy construction and surety business. Our offices are located in Tallahassee and Tampa with convenient access to the entire State, the Florida Supreme Court, the District Courts of Appeal, Circuit Courts for area counties, United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern District of Florida and all of State Government. In addition to Florida, we have attorneys licensed to practice in Georgia and have successfully represented clients in matters throughout the Southeastern United States and in the Caribbean islands.
