Meaghan is a member of the Firm's Business Law Department. She represents public and private companies and private equity funds in connection with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, SEC reporting compliance and general corporate matters.
Before Edwards Wildman
Meaghan was a corporate finance attorney at a public telecommunications company before joining Edwards Wildman. Prior to attending law school, Meaghan was a legal assistant in the Structured Finance and Securitization Practice Group at Sidley Austin Brown & Wood LLP.
